Diese Website ist kein klassisches Marketinginstrument. Sie dient nicht der Datensammlung, sondern der Begegnung. Wir erheben ausschließlich personenbezogene Daten, wenn du dich aktiv dafür entscheidest – etwa durch die Buchung eines Gesprächs oder eine direkte Kontaktaufnahme. Es erfolgt keine Werbung, kein Newsletter, kein automatisiertes Follow-up.

Legacy of Love ist keine Verkaufsplattform – sondern ein Raum für Resonanz.

3. Hosting & technische Bereitstellung

Die Domain legacyoflove.io wird über IONOS SE gehostet. Die Website selbst wird mit Google Sites (Teil von Google Workspace) betrieben.

Beim Aufruf dieser Website erfasst der Hosting-Anbieter automatisch technische Zugriffsdaten (z. B. IP-Adresse, Browsertyp, Uhrzeit). Diese Daten werden nicht von uns gespeichert, ausgewertet oder zusammengeführt.

Die Server befinden sich in Deutschland, Irland und den USA.

Google ist unter dem EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (DPF) zertifiziert, was einen DSGVO-konformen Umgang mit Daten gewährleistet.

4. Google Workspace

Wir verwenden Google Workspace (Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC) für folgende Funktionen:

• Google Kalender: Terminbuchung

• Google Meet: Durchführung von Videogesprächen

• Gmail: E-Mail-Kommunikation

• Google Docs / Sheets / Drive: Verwaltung & Dokumentation

• Google Sites: Bereitstellung der Website

• Google Forms (optional): Erfassung freiwilliger Angaben zur Gesprächsvorbereitung

Dabei werden – falls du einen Termin buchst – folgende Daten erhoben:

• Vorname oder Alias

• E-Mail-Adresse

• Datum/Uhrzeit des Gesprächs

• ggf. freiwillige Angaben zu deinem Anliegen

Diese Daten dienen ausschließlich dem Zweck der individuellen Kommunikation und Gesprächsführung. Es erfolgt keine automatisierte Verarbeitung, keine Speicherung für Werbezwecke und keine Übermittlung an Dritte.

Mit Google besteht ein Auftragsverarbeitungsvertrag gemäß Art. 28 DSGVO. Weitere Infos:

5. Kommunikation & Datenverwendung

Wenn du mit uns in Kontakt trittst, speichern wir deine Angaben nur zur Bearbeitung deiner Anfrage und – falls du es möchtest – zur Durchführung eines Gesprächs.

Es erfolgt keine Datenweitergabe an Dritte. Punkt.

Wir führen keine Newsletter, kein Massenmailing, keine Remarketing-Kampagnen.

Wenn du von uns hörst, dann nur, weil du bewusst eingeladen wurdest.

6. Social Media

Wir unterhalten Profile auf folgenden Plattformen:

• Instagram

• Facebook (Betreiber: Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Irland)

Wenn du mit unseren Inhalten interagierst (z. B. likest oder kommentierst), geschieht dies freiwillig und unter den Datenschutzbedingungen von Meta.

Wir werten diese Interaktionen nicht systematisch aus.

2. Core Principle

This website is not a marketing funnel.

It is not designed to collect data — it exists to offer presence and resonance.

We collect personal data only if you actively choose to share it — for example, when booking a call or sending us an email. We do not send newsletters, we do not run ads, and we do not automate communication.

Legacy of Love is not a sales page — it’s an invitation space.

3. Hosting & Technical Infrastructure

Our domain legacyoflove.io is hosted by IONOS SE. The website itself is built using Google Sites (as part of Google Workspace).

When you visit this site, standard technical access data is processed by our hosting provider, such as:

• Your IP address

• Browser type

• Date and time of access

These data points are not stored or evaluated by us in any way. Servers are located in Germany, Ireland, and the United States. Google is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (DPF), ensuring GDPR-compliant data handling.

4. Use of Google Workspace

We use Google Workspace (Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC) for the following purposes:

• Google Calendar – for call scheduling

• Google Meet – for 1:1 video calls

• Gmail – for direct communication

• Google Docs / Sheets / Drive – for internal notes and logistics

• Google Sites – for building this website

• Google Forms (optional) – for collecting optional input before a call

If you book a call, we may collect the following information:

• Your first name or alias

• Your email address

• Appointment date and time

• Optional: a short note about your intention

This data is used exclusively for preparing and conducting the conversation you booked.

It is not used for marketing, profiling, or passed on to third parties.

We have signed a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with Google in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.

5. Communication & Use of Data

If you contact us, we only store the information needed to respond or arrange your conversation. We do not forward your data to third parties. Period.

We do not send newsletters, we do not retarget you, and we do not run marketing automations. If you hear from us, it’s because you’ve been personally invited — not followed by an algorithm.

6. Social Media

We maintain public profiles on:

• Instagram

• Facebook (Operated by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland)

Any interaction (e.g. likes or comments) is voluntary and subject to Meta’s privacy policies.

We do not evaluate or collect this data systematically.

Note: We share joint responsibility with Meta for Page Insights in accordance with Art. 26 GDPR.

This website uses no cookies, no Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel, and no third-party tracking or analysis tools. As a result, no cookie banner is displayed.
